ERP Manager

Job Description:
- This is a full-time on-site role for an ERP Manager at FoodCo Nigeria Limited in Lagos. The ERP Manager will be responsible for;
ERP System Management:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the current ERP system, ensuring smooth functioning and optimal performance.
- Â Monitor system performance; identify and resolve technical issues promptly.
- Implement regular system updates and patches to maintain security and functionality.
- Manage user access and permissions to ensure data security and integrity.
Process Optimization:
- Analyse current business processes and identify opportunities for improvement through the effective utilization of the ERP system.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and eliminate inefficiencies.
- Implement best practices and industry standards to enhance operational efficiency.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Extract and analyse relevant data from the ERP system to generate insightful reports.
- Provide actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure system performance and business outcomes.
System Upgrades and Enhancements:
- Evaluate the current ERP system’s capabilities and identify areas for improvement.
- Research and recommend potential system upgrades or new ERP solutions to meet evolving business needs.
- Lead the implementation of system upgrades and enhancements, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
User Training and Support:
- Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs to empower users to effectively utilize the ERP system.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance to users
- Maintain up-to-date documentation and user manuals.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Business Process Improvement and Business Process skills
- Analytical Skills
- Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) expertise
- Project Management experience
- Strong communication and leadership abilities
- Experience in the retail or consumer goods industry is a plus
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- An MBA will be an added advantage
Required Skills/Abilities
- Proven experience in ERP implementation especially in retail, configuration, and management.
- Strong understanding of ERP systems, including modules such as finance, HR, procurement, and manufacturing.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
