A Quick Stadium Route for DeliciousDango With FH6 and U4N
The DeliciousDango Photo Challenge can look more complicated than it really is. In FH6 Series 4 Autumn, the main problem is not the photography itself but finding the correct area inside Horizon Stadium. The challenge text points players toward “Tokyo City,” which can easily lead to confusion. If you are managing FH6 Credits carefully, the good news is that you do not need to purchase or prepare anything special for this activity.
The actual location is on the far western side of the map, in the Shimanoyama region. Horizon Stadium is the landmark you need, and the Dango photo area is located inside the venue rather than at its main entrance. Any vehicle works, so you can simply arrive in the car you are already using.
Start at Horizon Stadium
Horizon Stadium is a huge circular venue along the west coast of the map. Once you reach it, make sure you approach from the south entrance.
The pink “Tokyo City” billboards are useful because they confirm that you are entering the right general area. However, they are not where the photo should be taken.
Keep driving past the billboards and follow the route toward the Edamame Time Attack starting line. From there, pay attention to the left side of the area.
You should see an unmarked open lot that looks more like a parking area than a formal Festival Playlist location.
Find the Three Dango Cutouts
The three Dango mascot displays are the key landmark. Look for the decorated section containing cardboard cutouts of three round skewered rice dumplings.
Once you see them, move your vehicle directly into the open lot.
This positioning is important because the challenge does not simply check whether you are somewhere inside Horizon Stadium. Taking a photo near the main entrance, even with the Tokyo City signs visible, will not complete the objective.
The Dango displays are the actual visual target you need.
Use Photo Mode
After parking in the correct location, stop the vehicle completely. Press Up on the D-pad to enter Photo Mode.
Next, open the Effects Menu and scroll down to the Driver or Character settings. Change the character placement so your driver is standing outside the vehicle.
Then adjust your camera.
You want both your character and the Dango cutouts to be clearly visible in the final picture. There is no requirement to use a particular car, so there is no reason to return to your garage before starting the challenge.
This is one of those FH6 activities where knowing the exact location matters much more than having the right equipment.
Common Mistakes to Avoid
The most common mistake is stopping at the Tokyo City billboards. Because the challenge description references Tokyo City, that area naturally looks like the intended destination.
Another mistake is parking beside the Dango area instead of actually entering the open lot. If the game does not register the picture, move farther inside the decorated section and take another shot.
You should also check whether your character is outside the vehicle. The photo setup specifically calls for the driver or character to be visible outside the car, so leaving the character seated can prevent the challenge from completing.
Pick Up Another Challenge While You Are There
Horizon Stadium offers more than just the DeliciousDango objective. The “Homerun” Collectibles challenge asks you to smash 15 Shimanoyama Heat baseball mascots.
The mascots are scattered throughout the interior and exterior sections of the stadium. If you are already there for DeliciousDango, it makes sense to spend a few extra minutes searching for them.
Completing both activities in one visit is more efficient than leaving the stadium and returning later. It also gives you another reason to explore the venue instead of simply fast traveling away after the photo registers.
The Fastest Method
For a quick completion, travel to Horizon Stadium, enter through the south entrance, pass the pink Tokyo City billboards, and continue toward the Edamame Time Attack starting line. Turn left into the open lot and find the three Dango displays.
Park there, place your character outside the vehicle, open Photo Mode, and frame both your character and the mascots. Once the picture registers, you will receive 2 Festival Playlist Points and unlock the Dango Outfit.
The challenge is especially useful for players who want to keep progressing without spending their FH6 Credits on unnecessary preparation. After finishing it, you can move on to other playlist activities and continue building your rewards.
For players focused on their overall economy, small objectives like this can also complement longer credit-farming sessions. Even if your main goal is collecting more cars and upgrades, earning additional rewards through the Festival Playlist can reduce the pressure to constantly grind Forza Horizon 6 Credits.
