This initiative focuses on enhancing teacher training and wellbeing in Sub-Saharan Africa to reduce teacher shortages and improve retention.

Objectives of the Research Call
This initiative seeks to foster research that provides actionable insights for policy development and practical improvements in two core areas:

- Teacher Professional Development:Â Focusing on improving training systems for teachers.
Eligibility Criteria
Eligible organizations must be public or private non-profits based in Europe or Africa, operating within a consortium. Each consortium must include at least one European and two African partners, with a maximum of seven total partners.
